About the meals
How much are the meals?
Our Low-Cal meals are $13.95, our Balance meals are $14.95, and our Active meals are $15.95.
How long will the meals last?
Your meals are made fresh to order and contain no preservatives or inorganic materials to extend their shelf life. Our meals have a fresh shelf life of 4 days in the fridge.
Can I freeze the meals?
Although we recommend having your meals fresh from the fridge to experience your meals the way they were intended, many of our meals are freezer friendly. You can freeze your meals before the use by date for later consumption! (talk about convenience).
How many calories are there in a meal?
All our meals come with a nutrition label that outline the macros for each meal. On average our Low-Cal meals are between 300-400 calories, our Balance meals are from 400-500 calories and our Active meals are from 500-600 calories.
Are the meals healthy?
Absolutely! Our in-house Nutritionist careful designs each meal to ensure a balanced and healthy diet.
Why only 5 meals?
Our menu changes each week, to ensure we offer a well-balanced menu offering a variety of meals to choose from.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of 4 meals.
Are the meals suitable for people with food allergies?
We take the highest care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals such as peanuts, dairy and gluten. However, they may still be present in trace amounts as all our meals are produced in the same kitchen. We recommend you contact us directly if you have any severe food allergies before placing an order.
Brisbane Delivery
Is there a cut off time for delivery?
Yes, deliveries are due by Sunday 3pm to receive your order on the upcoming Tuesday. Because our meals are made fresh to order, we need a few days to source local ingredients, prep and cook your meals. Our meals are cooked on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. You can’t get fresher than that!
Where do you deliver to?
Our delivery locations vary, usually within a 15-20km radius of Brisbane City. You can check your postcode on the product page to see if we deliver to your area!
Can you deliver to my workplace?
Sure can! Our team can either deliver your meals to your home address or workplace, be sure to leave our driver special delivery instructions so we can ensure your meals get to you with ease.
When are the meals delivered?
Our team delivers the meals in an insulated box each Tuesday between 1am - 12pm to your selected delivery address. You'll receive an email with plenty of information, but you can always contact us at info@clubshredder.com.au
Do I need to be available to collect the meals?
For residential deliveries the delivery window is typically between 1am to 7am, our driver will leave the meals in a safe space, please ensure they are collected within 6 hours and refrigerated.
For business deliveries these are completed from 8am onwards and will need to be refrigerated within the 6 hour window.
What are the meals delivered in?
Your meals will be delivered in an insulated, temperature-controlled box with a large ice pack. Your meals will keep cold for up to 6 hours before needing to be refrigerated. We do suggest that you put your meals in the fridge at your earliest convenience to keep them as cold as possible. Food safety is always our number one priority!
What if I live in a secure complex?
When possible, we will deliver your meals to reception/lobby area or the furthest we can gain access to your complex. It won’t always be possible for our drivers to buzz you, we will ensure to leave your meals in a safe spot if there is no way to access the building. Please check your emails for conformation of delivery.
How do I know when the meals have been delivered?
As we are delivering fresh food, we recommend once you've placed an order to keep an eye on your emails from us (be sure to check you junk inbox). Once delivered you will receive an email, but you can always contact us with questions at info@clubshredder.com.au
Can the delivery boxes be reused or returned?
Yes! Our delivery box, insulation lining and ice packs are all re-usable! Simply leave your box outside for collection on Monday evening. Reusing our delivery boxes are a great way to help the environment!
How much is delivery?
A delivery fee of $10 will be added to your order.
Sunshine Coast Delivery
Is there a cut off time for delivery?
Yes, deliveries are due by Sunday 3pm to receive your order that week. Because our meals are made fresh to order, we need some time to source local ingredients, prep and cook your meals. Our meals are cooked on Monday and delivered SAME DAY! You can’t get fresher than that!
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we are delivery to a Marcoola, Mudjimba, Pacific Paradise, Twin Waters, Mount Coolum, Coolum Beach, Peregian Beach, Yaroomba, Marcus Beach, Peregian Springs, Point Arkwright Cotton Tree, Kuluin & Maroochydore.
Can you deliver to my workplace?
