About the meals
How much are the meals?
Our Lean Meals start at $10.95, Cal Control Meals begin at $11.95, and Active Meals start at $12.95
How long will the meals last?
Your meals are made fresh to order and contain no preservatives or inorganic materials to extend their shelf life. Our meals have a fresh shelf life of 4 days in the fridge.
Can I freeze the meals?
Although we recommend having your meals fresh from the fridge to experience your meals the way they were intended, many of our meals are freezer friendly. You can freeze your meals before the use by date for later consumption! (talk about convenience).
How many calories are there in a meal?
Each of our meals includes a nutrition label detailing the macros. On average, our Lean Meals are under 300 calories, Cal Control Meals range from 400 to 500 calories, and Active Meals fall between 500 and 600 calories.
Are the meals healthy?
Absolutely! Our in-house Nutritionist careful designs each meal to ensure a balanced and healthy diet.
Why only 5 meals?
Our menu changes each week, to ensure we offer a well-balanced menu offering a variety of meals to choose from.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of 4 meals.
Are the meals suitable for people with food allergies?
We take the highest care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals such as peanuts, dairy and gluten. However, they may still be present in trace amounts as all our meals are produced in the same kitchen. We recommend you contact us directly if you have any severe food allergies before placing an order.
Brisbane Delivery
Is there a cut off time for delivery?
Yes, deliveries are due by Sunday 4pm to receive your order on the upcoming Tuesday. Because our meals are made fresh to order, we need a few days to source local ingredients, prep and cook your meals. Our meals are cooked on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. You can’t get fresher than that!
Where do you deliver to?
Our delivery locations vary, usually within a 15-20km radius of Brisbane City. You can check your postcode on the product page to see if we deliver to your area!
Can you deliver to my workplace?
Sure can! Our team can either deliver your meals to your home address or workplace, be sure to leave our driver special delivery instructions so we can ensure your meals get to you with ease.
When are the meals delivered?
When will my delivery arrive?
Our team delivers your meals in an insulated box each Tuesday to your selected delivery address.
Residential deliveries take place between 1am – 7am so your meals are ready and waiting for you in the morning.
Office deliveries start from 8am onwards.
If we’re delivering to a work address, feel free to let us know your opening hours so we can plan the best time for your delivery.
You’ll receive an email with all your delivery details, but you can always contact us at info@clubshredder.com.au if you have any questions.
Do I need to be available to collect the meals?
No, you don’t need to be home at the time of delivery. Our meals are delivered in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep them cold for up to 5 hours.
Our drivers will leave your box in a safe, shaded spot at your address, or will contact you if they have any issues with delivery.
You can also leave specific delivery instructions at checkout to let us know your preferred safe drop-off location.
What are the meals delivered in?
Your meals will be delivered in an insulated, temperature-controlled box with a large ice pack. Your meals will keep cold for up to 6 hours before needing to be refrigerated. We do suggest that you put your meals in the fridge at your earliest convenience to keep them as cold as possible. Food safety is always our number one priority!
What if I live in a secure complex?
When possible, we will deliver your meals to reception/lobby area or the furthest we can gain access to your complex. It won’t always be possible for our drivers to buzz you, we will ensure to leave your meals in a safe spot if there is no way to access the building. Please check your emails for conformation of delivery.
How do I know when the meals have been delivered?
Once you place an order, we’ll send you emails to:
Confirm your order.
Let you know when your meals are on the way.
Confirm when your delivery has been made.
Because we deliver fresh food, it’s important to keep an eye on your emails from us — and don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder just in case.

Can the delivery boxes be reused or returned?
Yes! Our delivery box, insulation lining and ice packs are all re-usable! Simply leave your box outside for collection on Monday evening. Reusing our delivery boxes are a great way to help the environment!

Is there a cut off time for delivery?
Yes, deliveries are due by Sunday 4pm to receive your order that week. Because our meals are made fresh to order, we need some time to source local ingredients, prep and cook your meals. Our meals are cooked on Monday and delivered SAME DAY! You can’t get fresher than that!
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the following Sunshine Coast postcodes:
4573, 4564, 4558, 4575, 4557, 4572, 4561, 4560
Special note on postcodes 4560 & 4561:
We currently service Bli Bli only
We currently service Maroochy River only
All other suburbs within these postcodes are outside our delivery zone at the moment and will be refunded if ordered.

Can you deliver to my workplace?
Sure can! Our team can either deliver your meals to your home address or workplace, be sure to leave our driver special delivery instructions so we can ensure your meals get to you with ease.

Depending on your suburb and delivery run, your order may sometimes be scheduled for Tuesday early morning between 1am – 5am instead.
