How It Works
1. Place Your Order Online:
Orders open every Tuesday at 3PM for the following week. All orders need to be completed by 4PM Sunday, for delivery the following Tuesday.

Select your preferred meal options and sizes based on your goals, add them to your cart, enter your exclusive discount code and finalise your order.

When do I receive my meals?
Meals are delivered weekly on Tuesday early morning or Monday Afternoon if you live in certain suburbs on the Sunshine Coast.
Do I have to track my calories during the program?
Tracking calories isn’t mandatory but is encouraged to help you better understand portion sizes and make informed food choices. Tools like MyFitnessPal are recommended.
Can I customise my meals?
Each week’s menu is carefully curated to
provide variety and balance, so we are unable to offer customizations or ingredient swaps. However, you’ll have new meal options to choose from every week to keep things exciting and you can choose your preferred meal options and sizes based on your own goals.
How do I track my progress?
Use methods such as taking before-and-after photos, tracking weight trends, and measuring key areas of your body with a tape measure.
Before-and-After Photos: Take consistent photos to visually track your transformation.
Weekly Weigh-Ins: Monitor trends by weighing yourself at the same time each week.
Body Measurements: Use a tape measure to track changes in key areas like your waist, hips, and arms.
Do I need to exercise as part of the challenge?
While
exercise isn’t mandatory, incorporating movement into your routine can help
maximize your results. We encourage participants to stay active in ways they
enjoy.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
While many of our meals are made gluten-free, dairy-free, or tailored to other dietary needs, all of our meals are prepared in a kitchen where these ingredients are used. This means there is a chance of cross-contamination with allergens. If you have any serious allergies or intolerances, this challenge might not be the best option for you. We recommend reaching out to our team to chat further and ensure your safety.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes! Our meals are fresh, but they can be frozen for later use if needed. We
recommend freezing them on the day of delivery if you don’t plan to eat them
within the week to maintain quality and flavour. Please note our challengers on the 12 meals per week plan will need to freeze some of their meals each week.
What happens if I need to skip a week?
No problem! You can skip a week by simply not placing an order before the cut-off
time. There’s no commitment to order every week, so you’re free to plan around
your schedule.
What support is available if I have questions during the challenge?
You’ll have access to ongoing support from our in-house Nutritionist, Sharn, throughout the challenge. Feel free to reach out with any questions, whether it’s about meal planning, progress tracking, or staying motivated!
What if I’m not seeing results?
Everyone’s journey is different, and results can vary based on factors like activity level, consistency, and starting point. If
you’re not seeing the progress you hoped for, reach out to us for personalized advice and adjustments to help you get back on track.
